Report: 2007 Catalyst Member BenchmarkingSep 28, 2007
The Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report has been distributed since 2001. It is designed to supplement the Catalyst Census of Women Board Directors of the Fortune 500 and the Catalyst Census of Women Corporate Officers and Top Earners of the Fortune 500 by providing benchmark data on the diversity of executive and pipeline levels that are not publicly available. Highlights from the report are available to the public.
Respondents to the 2007 Catalyst Member Benchmarking survey receive the full 2007 Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report, which focuses on accountability for diversity and inclusion initiatives and men as diversity champions. It also contains aggregated workforce data on representation and attrition by gender, race/ethnicity, and organizational level for three global regions: the United States, Canada, and Europe.
In addition to the report, respondents receive online access to the password-protected Catalyst Member Benchmarking Tool, which allows them to compare their organization’s responses to those of all participants, industry peers, and Catalyst Award winners.
One hundred and forty-eight members participated in Catalyst Member Benchmarking in 2007.
