Catalyst’s new Inclusive Leadership report surveyed over 2,100 employees working at large corporations globally, including in the UK, and found that while company culture and ‘tone from the top’ are important, 45% of employees link their experience of inclusion at work directly to the behaviour of their manager.
And what are the six manager behaviours that predict inclusion? We tested that, too — and we uncovered a model of inclusive leadership that balances both leading outward and leading inward.
