This focus area addresses the gender pay gap, board diversity, gender equity and inclusion data, International Women’s Day, and the Catalyst CEO Champions For Change initiative.

Among the prominent thought leaders on the topic of women and the future of work, we continue to develop solutions for women and underrepresented groups to have full participation and equal opportunity in the 21st-century workplace.
Lead for Equity and Inclusion
Through research and data-driven insights, we will address inequities across intersections of gender, ethnicity, ability, and cultural backgrounds, transforming how organizations cultivate equity and inclusion in the global workplace.
MARC (Men Advocating Real Change)
We will engage men to leverage their influence to advocate for gender equity in the workplace and develop actionable approaches to advance equity through effective gender partnership.
