Navigating Organizational Cultures: A Guide for Diverse Women and Their Managers (Report)

While diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs have been in place in many organizations for some time, these programs have not been completely successful at eliminating bias. To further support successful navigation of workplaces by diverse women, leadership by managers and senior leaders in the organization is needed. Building on Catalyst’s work on diverse women and inclusion, Navigating Organizational Cultures: A Guide for Diverse Women and Their Managers provides:

• Guidance to help individual diverse women navigate their workplaces and assess their own behavior to maximize the likelihood of career success.
• Tips for managers and senior leaders to help them support diverse women.
• A checklist designed to help diverse women track the breadth and depth of their workplace networking and relationships.
