The World Economic Forum estimates that it will take 217 years in order to close the gender pay gap. With glacially slow progress, many countries and companies are actively looking to address this. Initial reports in the UK, for example, are showing that a significant gender pay inequality exists within corporations.

Why is this the case and what can we do to bridge the gap? Please join us for our next roundtable in Zurich, where we will have an open dialogue on this topic.
Some of the questions we’ll explore, but are not limited to, are –

  • What is the pay gap?

  • Why address it?

  • What are the barriers to fixing it?

  • What are companies doing and how effective have some measures been?

  • What can we do going forward to show real progress?

This roundtable is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters but space is limited - early registration is highly recommended.
