EMEA In-person Conversation: Turning Promises into Action: Key Strategies for Employee Retention

A few years after many organizations announced grand commitments to DEI, employees, board members, and the media are beginning to question whether organizations are genuine and have followed through on their promises. Our survey of employees in over 20 countries revealed that two key factors, organizational accountability to DEI and fair organizational processes significantly impact employees’ ability to thrive. However, only 53% of employees feel that people within their organization are held accountable for DEI, and just 37% believe their organization displays fair processes.
