Audrey Taylor was Vice President, Consulting and brought 20+ years of C-level impact and excellence in policy, communications, and business development to Catalyst, along with a robust background in technology.

Before Catalyst, Audrey worked at Gartner (formerly Corporate Executive Board, CEB), where she held roles of increasing responsibility since 2003. Most recently as Vice President of Advisory Services, HR Practice, Audrey provided thought leadership and executive support across all program areas in the HR practice for Fortune 1000 global corporate clients. As part of a team, she supported creation of a Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council and advised and presented on Diversity and Inclusion strategy execution/culture change best practices to senior executives. Additionally, she trained and advised corporate employee affinity groups on tools, resources, skills, and optimal strategy.

She earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and her M.B.A., Stanford Graduate School of Business.
