Lindsey Crocker was a Senior Associate within the President’s Office at Catalyst, supporting both the CEO and Senior Director. Additionally, she co-led Catalyst’s International Women’s Day Campaign and was a founding member of the Catalyst Green Council, which educates staff on the importance of climate action and the ways women are disproportionately affected by climate change.

Lindsey received her B.A. in Political Communication and Drama from the University of Washington (Seattle). During her time at UW, she focused on social justice within arts organizations. Her passion for bringing equity to both the arts and entertainment industries has driven her desire to learn about inclusive and equitable work cultures.
