Why Attend?

For more than 30 years, the Catalyst Award has recognized innovative efforts that help accelerate progress for women in workplaces globally. The most prominent showcase of each year’s winning initiatives has been the Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner. Over the years, these events have brought together experts and influential business leaders from around the world to examine best practices, share knowledge, and shape the dialogue about inclusive leadership and other critical factors related to women and their equitable role in the workplace. We are excited to convene our community virtually to continue this impactful work.
