The Future of CanCon

November 27, 2012About two and half years ago, I launched CanCon to extend the conversation about gender equality in Canada and to share some of my thoughts, experiences, and reactions to the change (or lack of change) in our workplaces. More than 100 blog posts later, I’m delighted to announce an exciting next step towards fulfilling CanCon’s mission.

Beginning December 5, 2012, CanCon will merge with Catalyst’s long-running and popular blog, Catalyzing. In addition to my posts and those of my colleagues in Canada and the United States, expect an expanded range of perspectives from Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. And please take note: starting next week you can find our blog at

The new Catalyzing will bring together and amplify diverse voices that share in Catalyst’s mission to expand opportunities for women and business. I look forward to continuing the conversation with you there.
