As Director of Catalyst Europe AG, Sandra Ondraschek-Norris is responsible for strengthening and expanding Catalyst’s presence and mission in Europe. Working with leading global organizations, she supports Catalyst members in their initiatives to create more diverse, inclusive and flexible workplaces. As a speaker, Ms. Ondraschek-Norris thrives on interactive and thought-provoking discussions about topics related to diversity and inclusion, talent management, leadership and organizational culture.
Ms. Ondraschek-Norris has extensive professional experience in multicultural and multilingual training contexts. She has spent over 20 years of her career working as a trainer and facilitator with individuals and organizations in England, Ireland, Switzerland and the United States on a wide range of issues such as work-life effectiveness, resilience, motivation, change guidance and leadership. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Ondraschek-Norris spent seven years working as an entrepreneur, offering services in training/facilitation, counseling/coaching and consulting.
She holds a BA in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a number of professional qualifications in training, adult education and counseling. Ms Ondraschek-Norris is originally from Ireland; for the last 20 years, Switzerland has been her home.
