Rita is responsible for overseeing new business development, increasing brand awareness, and assisting member companies in creating more inclusive workplaces. She also serves on the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee.
Rita has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Catalyst, she was a Senior Consultant at JPMorgan in the Investment Analytics & Consulting group. In this position, she served as a relationship manager, providing performance reporting for institutional clients. Prior to working at JPMorgan, Rita was a Quantitative Analyst at Cumberland Associates, a New York-based hedge fund. She holds a BBA in Banking & Finance from Hofstra University and is a CFA charterholder.
