Emily Wakeling oversees Catalyst’s relationships with its 600+ members. With an expanding team in North America, she recruits, develops, and supports Catalyst member organizations to advance their diversity and inclusion initiatives, enabling them to make positive change for women and other diverse groups. In her role, Ms. Wakeling works closely with the content generating teams in the organization to ensure that members receive prescriptive tools, insights, invitations to virtual and regional events and services that lead members to impact on their workforce statistics and organizational culture.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Wakeling worked as the office manager for the National Organization for Women’s New York City Chapter. She received her BA in Women’s Studies and Sociology from Principia College and her MA in Women’s Studies from the City of New York Graduate Center.
