David Lau joined Catalyst Canada in December 2009. In his role, he works closely with Canadian member companies to leverage Catalyst’s research in their diversity & inclusion initiatives. Mr. Lau chairs the Evaluation Committee for the Catalyst Canada Honours, a signature program at Catalyst that recognizes individual Canadian business leaders for their efforts to champion the advancement of women. He is also a part of the membership team, in which he supports business development, marketing, and communications activities for Catalyst Canada.
Mr. Lau holds an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics. Prior to that, he received an honours degree in Sociology and Sexual Diversity Studies. He also holds an honours BSc in Zoology and East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto.
