Allyson Zimmermann is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build Catalyst’s presence and membership in Europe. Working with leading global organizations, she recruits, develops, and supports Catalyst members in advancing their diversity and inclusion initiatives to make positive change for women in the workplace. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Zimmermann worked for a major mutual fund company in the United States until she moved abroad. After living and working in several European countries, as well as brief assignments in South America, she has extensive global experience to offer Catalyst members.
Ms. Zimmermann holds a BA in Communications and German from the University of Minnesota.
