Kimberley Doyle currently serves as Director for Development and Corporate Relations with Catalyst, where she collaborates with Fortune 500 companies across the US to build diverse and inclusive workplaces. She develops and counsels these organizations in achieving their strategic goals by connecting them with Catalyst resources, research, experts, and events on topics related to expanding opportunities for women. Kimberley is also responsible for overseeing business development across the US to increase revenue and brand awareness.
Additionally, Kimberley sits on the Catalyst Speakers Bureau. She is a frequent speaker on a broad range of topics including: mentorship/sponsorship, unconscious biases and inclusive leadership, engaging men as champions of inclusion, work-life fit/flexible work arrangements, and women in STEM.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Kimberley consulted for Mogul Inc., an award winning social media platform for millennial women reaching 18 million people weekly. The company was named one of the Top NYC Startups to Watch by Entrepreneur and one of the Best Websites for Finding Top Talent for Women by Inc Magazine. Her prior experience also includes the Hillary Clinton 2016 Presidential Campaign where she supported activities related to development of policy on domestic and international women’s issues.
Kimberley has over ten years of experience in events, marketing, sales, project management, customer service, and executive engagement. She has worked across the public, non-profit, and private sectors with organizations including J.P. Morgan, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, the United Nations, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Kimberley holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University, where she also received a Master's degree concentrating in Gender and Women’s Studies. She speaks fluent French and Spanish and has lived and worked in the UK and Spain.
