Juliette Goldman joined Catalyst in May 2013 to recruit, develop, and support Catalyst member organizations in the western United States. She organizes and conducts events on topics related to Catalyst research, including women in leadership, women’s contributions to corporate financial performance, workplace challenges for diverse women and LGBT employees, and work-life effectiveness.
Ms. Goldman has more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, sales, and fundraising. She has worked and consulted for both large and small companies, as well as agencies and nonprofits, such as Intel, Hewlett-Packard, KPMG, Borland Software, EMC, Blue Martini, AOL, and Omnicom, as well as Stanford and Duke Universities. She began her career at Bernard Hodes Advertising, a recruitment advertising agency.
Ms. Goldman earned a BS in business administration and marketing with a minor in social psychology from San Diego State University. While pursuing her business degree, she served as the first diversity chair for the Residence Hall Association and was an active American Marketing Association Collegiate Chapter board member.
