Emily Shaffer, PhD

Sr. Director, Research

Emily Shaffer, PhD, is a member of the Research team at Catalyst and is an expert in stereotyping and prejudice. As Sr. Director, Research, her research focuses on cultivating inclusive workplaces for all employees. Trained in advanced statistics, she also lends her statistical expertise to cross-Catalyst projects.

Emily earned her PhD in social psychology from Tulane University. She earned an MA in psychology from San Diego State University and a BA in psychology from the University of Arizona.
