Betsy was Vice President, Consulting Services for Catalyst. She is committed to helping organizations tap into the full potential of their talent by working through the difficult conversations that D&I efforts often entail. She has partnered with global clients across industries—from professional services firms to energy, manufacturing, and defense companies—to provide insightful, customized guidance for designing breakthrough solutions.

Betsy has had an extensive career in marketing research and strategic planning with consumer products companies and nonprofit organizations. Betsy formerly supported the development of the online resource YourOnRamp, a service for women re-entering the workforce after career breaks.

Betsy has presented at many global, regional, and industry-related women’s leadership conferences and is a founding board member of the National Association of Women MBAs, Houston Professional Chapter. She is a recipient of the Texas Diversity Council’s Diversity First Award. She lives her commitment to inclusion through various nonprofit board positions she holds in her local community. When not at work, Betsy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Betsy received her BS in Marketing from Auburn University, her MS in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia, and her Business Executive credentials from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth Executive Education Program.
