Bernard C. Coleman III leads Hillary for America's (HFA) Diversity and Human Resources initiatives, including the campaign's diversity, inclusion and equity efforts which assess the strategic diversity indicators and standards that ensure responsibility and accountability for achieving multiculturalism and cultural competence within the diversity and inclusion matrix.
Prior to joining HFA, Bernard held senior level roles at the Democratic National Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Bernard holds an M.B.A. in international business from Trinity University, a B.A. in psychology from Hampton University and a Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management certification from Georgetown University. Bernard is also a graduate of the University of Virginia's Thomas C. Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership.
Bernard resides in the DC metro area with his wife and two daughters.
