Audrey Gallien joined Catalyst in 2011 as part of the Membership Department in Sunnyvale, California. During that time, she strengthened Catalyst supporter organizations utilizing Catalyst resources, and built customized convening diversity and inclusion events in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2013, Audrey joined the Marketing Department in New York, New York to coordinate Catalyst global webinars, build diversity and inclusion events and trainings, and lead the annual Catalyst Awards Dinner sales.
As of 2015, Audrey now leads the Catalyst Speakers Bureau as a Director in the Marketing Department, responsible for the marketing, sales, and development of customized speaking engagements and workshops for organizations globally.
Audrey frequently speaks on the topics of unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, sponsorship development, and LGBT workplace allyship. Audrey graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of Catalyst, Audrey is a contributing editor to an event planning podcast called GatherGeeks and runs a Brooklyn-based Star Wars book club.
