Alistair Fraser is a graduate of Aberdeen University Medical School and currently serves as the Vice President of Health for Royal Dutch Shell plc in The Hague, Netherlands. He leads policy, strategy, and delivery of health for all Shell operations worldwide, including on and offshore locations, remote sites, projects, and major manufacturing complexes, including refineries and chemical plants. His major focus area at present is to create a culture of health at Shell, as a sustainable way to improve human performance and quality of life while enhancing company performance.
Mr. Fraser is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Glasgow. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Science by Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
