Service Offerings
Catalyst offers the following services to help organizations create more inclusive work environments that garner the talents of all employees.
Advisory Services (AS) provides members with trusted advice and actionable insights to build and sustain diversity and inclusion efforts. Our strategy experts and thought partners ensure a global perspective by examining the relationships between global and local issues while focusing on an organization’s centralized diversity and inclusion plan as it pertains to local practices.
Corporate Board Services (CBS) focuses on helping the most senior women within Catalyst member organizations determine their potential to serve on public company boards and assists them in formulating the appropriate strategies to gain visibility and entrée into the corporate boardroom. We are not a search firm, but work closely with such firms and many other organizations that conduct professional boards of director searches.
The Catalyst Speakers Bureau provides articulate and authoritative experts from Catalyst’s senior staff and members of Catalyst’s Research and Advisory Services teams. Drawing on an extensive knowledge base and a wealth of hands-on experience, these speakers regularly enlighten, inform, and inspire corporate, professional, and academic audiences across the United States and abroad.
The Information Center tracks and collects information and produces quality results to information requests through a comprehensive collection of books, periodicals, statistics, government reports, and press coverage of working women. We provide efficient, valuable information to Catalyst members, the media, and those who formulate public policy.
The Catalyst Benchmarking Survey is conducted annually and provides data on the diversity profile of executives and employees in the “executive pipeline.” This information is not publicly available. The Benchmarking report provides member companies with their diversity data in comparison with all Catalyst members, Catalyst Award winners, and industry peers (when the sample size is sufficient). In addition to covering data on the diversity profile, the survey also highlights one or more diversity topics for a more in-depth analysis. Sample topics have included the diversity infrastructure, measurement, and strategic flexibility.
