Catalyst Member Benchmarking: Virtual Roundtables build a knowledge-sharing community among individuals from Catalyst member organizations. In these one-hour online discussions, participants share strategies, tactics, progress, and challenges related to a specific aspect of their diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs and policies.

This Roundtable, held at 10:00 a.m. ET and 1:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, focused on engaging men in diversity initiatives. Facilitating from Catalyst were Jeanine Prime, Senior Director, Research, and Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden, General Manager, Catalyst Europe. Panelists were Bob Allen, Senior Vice President Executive Leadership, CH2M Hill; Chris Brassell, National Director, Office of Diversity, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC; Peter Miscovich, Managing Director, Corporate Solutions, Jones Lang LaSalle; and Andrea Longhi, Partner, Healthcare Strategy, Ernst & Young.

Although a different group of participants attended each of the two sessions, leading to unique discussions, both sessions were framed by the Catalyst perspective on the topic of engaging men to become advocates for women's advancement. Insights provided by the facilitators and panelists were also common to both sessions.
