Our Expertise
Catalyst conducts research in three practice areas: Women in Leadership, Organizational Change & Effectiveness, and Diverse Women & Inclusion. In each, we combine our knowledge of women and business with a global perspective to produce reports that not only gauge women's progress, but also provide action plans for advancing women at work.
We publish five types of research and knowledge. Documents categorized as Pyramids, Quick Takes, and Research reports, as well as some categorized as Tools, are available to the public and may be downloaded for free. Those categorized as Diversity & Inclusion Practices, as well as many of the Tools, are restricted to users affiliated with Catalyst member organizations. Tools labeled Making Change may be downloaded only by member-affiliated visitors, although hardcopies may be purchased by the public. A circled M designates material restricted to Catalyst members; documents that quantify women's experiences in business are designated Metrics.
