Client Requests: Often organizations will approach Advisory Services lamenting their lack of diversity and inclusion. And while some organizations find they are swimming in information, or discover they have only bits and pieces of data, others simply aren’t sure where to start.
Through Diagnostic Days, we guide clients through the review of quantitative and qualitative data to reveal trends impacting talent, level of engagement, and market share. (For clients who would benefit from further data collection, Catalyst can support targeted assessments that involve more intensive qualitative data-gathering, which provides high-level findings sufficiently nuanced to guide practical solutions.) Together, we then move to the important step of synthesizing information across data sources. Additionally, we guide clients to test hypotheses and distill the root causes and underlying issues that account for the data trends noted. Together, we define strengths, opportunities, and levers for impact.
