Cross-Cultural Competency
Cross-cultural understanding and regional sensitivity are critical skill sets too often ignored in organizational strategic planning. For an organization to meet its objectives, cross-cultural competency is needed in all stages of strategy development and implementation. From identifying organizational strengths and weaknesses to prioritizing opportunities and challenges to designing programmatic interventions, effective dialogue between constituencies is paramount. In today’s global businesses, understanding emerging markets, supply chain dynamics, and the diversity of employees, customers, and partners is instrumental.
We bring a cross-cultural perspective to all of our work, stressing the importance of thinking globally (cross-organization) as well as locally (in terms of geography, function, and division). We have the experience, tools, and skills necessary to understand and address both global and local goals.
