Hilary Brody brings her passion and experience to expanding opportunities for women and business for Catalyst in Southern California. Her goal is to assist organizations in advancing their diversity and inclusion initiatives to make positive change for women and other diverse groups in the workplace. With experience in relationship development and account management, Ms. Brody provides Southern California Catalyst members with access to Catalyst’s vast resources in order to assist them in making a real impact within their organizations. She is passionate about securing opportunities for women in corporate America and will be working diligently to increase Catalyst’s visibility throughout the Western Region.

Prior to joining the Membership Management team at Catalyst, Ms. Brody identified and managed relationships at Sims Recycling Solutions, a leading electronics recycling company. She received her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies and Sociology from Arizona State University and has since completed several leadership and communications courses.
