As Membership Manager in Chicago, Katy Breitenbach is the first Catalyst team member to be on the ground in the Midwest market. Ms. Breitenbach is dedicated to recruiting, developing, and supporting Catalyst member organizations as they advance their diversity and inclusion initiatives to create positive change for women and other diverse groups. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Ms. Breitenbach is a member of Catalyst’s Global Issue Specialty Team, which focuses on issues related to cross-cultural inclusion and how corporate, local, and individual cultures overlap, affecting one another as well as diversity initiatives.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Breitenbach worked in relationship management and management consulting. She received her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Policy and Relations from Purdue University.
