Emily Wakeling oversees Catalyst’s relationships with its more than 500 members. With an expanding team in North America, she recruits, develops, and supports Catalyst member organizations to advance their diversity and inclusion initiatives to make positive change for women and other diverse groups. She is a member of the Global Issue Specialty Team and The Catalyst Canada Honours Evaluation Committee. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Wakeling worked as the office manager for the National Organization for Women’s New York City Chapter. She received her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Sociology from Principia College and her M.A. in Women’s Studies from the City of New York Graduate Center.
