Expertise | Biography
Nikki Lamba supports Catalyst’s global strategic consulting practice and works on engagements with leading organizations across a range of industries. She specializes in strategy development, assessment review, facilitation, and implementation advisement. Ms. Lamba also serves as a member of the Diverse Women & Inclusion taskforce.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Lamba worked for a New York-based boutique consulting firm, where she conducted primary research and custom engagements for Fortune 100 clients in the technology sector. Ms. Lamba developed a background in research methods and project management while working on a collaborative project between the London School of Economics and McKinsey & Company in the UK, focusing on cross-cultural management practices. She completed her M.Sc. in Global Politics at The London School of Economics and Political Science, where she also served on the leadership committee of the Women in Business Society.
