Emily L. Falk examines organizational diversity and inclusion efforts, change models, and career experiences and perceptions of women and men professionals across levels and industries. As a member of the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee, Ms. Falk investigates organization-specific diversity and inclusion programs and workplace environments. She is also a member of the Women of Color Issue Specialty Team.
