2009 Catalyst Awards Conference

The 2009 Catalyst Awards Conference, Driving Change, Inspiring Results, was held Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York, with Campbell Soup Company and The Coca-Cola Company sponsoring.

The 2009 Award-winning initiatives from Baxter International Inc., CH2M HILL, Gibbons P.C., and KPMG LLP were presented in the morning. Afternoon sessions featured Catalyst researchers discussing the unwritten rules for getting ahead; lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) inclusivenesss; and work-life effectiveness. Updates were available on Twitter. Highlighting the luncheon was a conversation (below) between Andrea Jung, Chairman and CEO of Avon Products, Inc., and Catalyst President & CEO Ilene H. Lang.
