Expertise | Biography
Deborah Campbell enables Catalyst member organizations to increase innovation, improve the robustness of decision-making, and bolster their competitive position by helping them advance talented women into leadership. As a member of Catalyst’s Advisory Services practice and an experienced strategy consultant, she partners with leading global corporations and professional firms to develop and implement inclusion strategies that deliver optimal business results. Ms. Campbell is also an experienced speaker and workshop facilitator.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Campbell spent 14 years at HP, where she led cross-functional teams to create business strategies that drove business plans, organizational initiatives, and financial results. As a management consultant within HP specializing in business strategy, she envisioned and led the Business Case for Workforce Diversity, a complex project involving multiple divisions within HP. Ms. Campbell holds an M.Phil. in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen in Norway. She received her Bachelor’s in Computer and Information Sciences, with honors, from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
