Survey: Manager-Direct Report Relationships

In 2008, Catalyst embarked on a study to examine the impact of a woman’s relationship with her manager and how these important relationships affect women’s advancement. Your responses to the following survey will enable us to collect the data necessary to help women progress.

Respondents should work in a professional or managerial capacity at a large corporation or firm.

If you are a white man with at least one woman direct report, please fill out the survey here.

If you are a woman who reports to a man, please fill out the survey here.

If you do not fall into either of these categories, we look forward to your participation in other Catalyst work.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes. All responses are confidential, and we do not ask for company name or other identifying information. The survey closes on July 3, 2009. Thank you for your participation!
