Emily L. Falk examines organizational diversity and inclusion efforts, change models, and career experiences and perceptions of women and men professionals across levels and industries. As a member of the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee, Ms. Falk investigates organization-specific diversity and inclusion programs and workplace environments. In this role, she is part of an interdepartmental group that evaluates corporate and professional strategies nominated for the Catalyst Award. Ms. Falk is also a member of the Women of Color Issue Specialty Team, which builds knowledge on the experiences of women of color in business.

Ms. Falk is a member of the Global Autism Project’s Corporate Governance and Sustainability Board. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Falk was a Group Leader for Target Corporation, managing a team of 30 at the company's Northeast Regional Distribution Center in Wilton, NY. Her responsibilities included managing day-to-day shift operations, orchestrating and tracking technical training, and providing direction on effective and practical message delivery across the organization. Ms. Falk received her B.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a concentration in Finance and minor in Psychology.
