Mekayla Castro works on Catalyst’s research on women in healthcare and bioscience leadership, bringing her extensive quantitative research background to bear. She specializes in Women in Leadership, Organizational Change & Effectiveness, and Global Diversity. Ms. Castro is pursuing her doctoral degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Graduate School of Education, Columbia University, where she received her M.A. in Organizational Psychology. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rhode Island College.
