Catalyst - Expanding opportunities for women and business

Catalyst Member Benchmarking

Catalyst Member Benchmarking assesses the scope of diversity and inclusion programs, policies, and initiatives of participating Catalyst members and is offered as a member service. Information is gathered annually in a survey completed by Catalyst member organizations that elect to participate.

Participants use the results to benchmark their diversity and inclusion initiatives and workforce statistics. They receive password-protected online access to the Catalyst Benchmarking Tool, which provides aggregated results, in-depth analysis of cutting-edge issues such as infrastructure, measurement, or strategic flexibility, and workforce statistics analyzed by global region, race, and ethnicity. The tool allows participants to customize comparisons with all participants, those within specific geographies, industry peers, and Catalyst Award winners. Catalyst also produces the printed Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report, which has been available to the public since 2001. In 2007, the report was available only to participating members. In 2008, selected material was made available to the public in the printed report. The report is included in Catalyst's Metrics offerings.
