Expertise | Biography
Emily Pomeroy manages Catalyst Member Benchmarking, an annual assessment of the scope of diversity and inclusion at participating organizations, and is Chair of The Catalyst Canada Honours Evaluation Committee, an initiative that recognizes individual champions of women in Canadian business. Ms. Pomeroy also led the second of the qualitative reports in the Career Advancement in Corporate Canada: A Focus on Visible Minorities Series and authored Canadian Industry Snapshot: Advancing Talented Individuals In Accounting Firms.
Ms. Pomeroy holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Waterloo, where she also earned her B.A. with a double major in Sociology and Social Development Studies and a minor in Human Resources Management.
