Expertise | Biography
Candice Morgan works to strategically build inclusive talent and development initiatives for companies and firms. Ms. Morgan has consulted with leading global organizations across a range of industries, including professional and financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, consumer goods, and information technology. Ms. Morgan recently returned from Zürich, Switzerland, where she was a participant in the Catalyst Europe Residential Program, drawing on her Advisory Services experiences and insights to help expand Catalyst’s European and global membership. She presently conducts advisory services engagements, business development activities, and acts as a member liaison for several European members. Ms. Morgan is also a frequent speaker at conferences and corporate events across North America and Europe. Internally, she works to build expertise on issues of inclusion across geographies as a member of Catalyst’s Global Issue Specialty Team, and she is a member of the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee.
Ms. Morgan has a strong background in and commitment to improving intercultural dynamics, having completed an M.S. in Cross-Cultural Psychology in the United Kingdom at Brunel University, where she conducted independent research on culture, nationality, and inclusion. Ms. Morgan first studied social research and analytics at Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She was the recipient of Carnegie Mellon’s Psychology Undergraduate Research Award for her senior thesis and presentation on ethnic identity and interpersonal relationships.
