Expertise | Biography
Aimee B. Horowitz works with organizations to design inclusion strategies in support of unique business needs, develop management strategies that optimize work-life effectiveness, and improve talent management processes for all to excel. Ms. Horowitz has led global client engagements in a wide range of industries and businesses, partnering with clients to understand root issues and develop tailored solutions to accelerate success. Ms. Horowitz is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader. She has taught courses as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and has developed and facilitated numerous workshops.
Ms. Horowitz comes to Catalyst with a strong background in consulting. Previously, she worked with Performance Management Inc., where she provided high-level consulting services in strategy development and design. In addition, she has worked as a Human Resources Communications Consultant with Hewitt Associates and William M. Mercer, assisting with the creation of strategies and communications that help articulate and affect organizations’ cultures, philosophies, and values. Ms. Horowitz has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, both from Columbia University. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Tufts University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also completed a business certificate program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
