Webinar Recording: Day-to-Day Experiences of Emotional Tax Among Women and Men of Color in the Workplace

Catalyst research finds that a majority of women and men across racial and ethnic groups report being highly “on guard” at work. This experience of being "on guard" affects them physically and psychologically and diminishes their ability to contribute optimally in the workplace. Inclusive workplaces can make a difference for people of color and visible minorities, creating an environment where they report more creativity, greater likelihood of speaking up, and a lower intent to leave their employer.

Listen to this webinar recording to hear the findings from the new report, Day-to-Day Experiences of Emotional Tax Among Women and Men of Color in the Workplace, and to learn strategies on how to enhance day-to-day interactions among all employees through inclusive communication, and practice concrete skills that will promote inclusive work environments.
