The Pfizer Legal Alliance (PLA) is a unique, long-term partnership arrangement that Pfizer has with the 15 law firms that do nearly 75 percent of its global legal work. LEAD, which launched in September 2012, focuses on increasing career opportunities and visibility for high-performing diverse individuals within Pfizer’s legal division and the PLA law firms.
