Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trans-Identified (LGBT) Inclusion at KPMG LLP Canada: pride@kpmg works to create a fully inclusive workplace for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or gender expression. The pride@kpmg network builds internal and external communities by acting as an informational resource to support the needs of LGBT-identified employees, functioning as a formal network, and providing informal mentoring opportunities. There are three tiers of membership in pride@kpmg, which allows employees to participate in network activities and disclose their LGBT identity at the level at which they feel most comfortable.
