The Boeing Company—Training Employees to Become Agents of Change

One of The Boeing Company's major diversity initiatives is to increase openness and communication among all team members by building awareness and breaking down barriers. Boeing set out to accomplish these culture-change goals with its Diversity Change Agent Program (DCAP), a two-day formal education program that prepares employees to become internal diversity and inclusion "Change Agents." Change Agents work initially within their own teams and progress to working across teams with diversity managers.
