The Catalyst Member Benchmarking Survey assesses the scope of diversity and inclusion programs, policies, and initiatives of participating Catalyst members so that participants can benchmark their diversity and inclusion initiatives and workforce statistics. Participants receive a general report with aggregated results, in-depth analysis of cutting-edge issues, and workforce statistics analyzed by global region, race, and ethnicity. They also receive password-protected online access to a customizable report with interactive comparisons of all participants, industry peers, and Catalyst Award winners. These reports are only available to members who participate.
