Today, it is broadly accepted that workplace diversity is good for business. Yet, many companies struggle to connect demographic diversity to stronger business results.
The reality is that all teams are composed of individuals with different perspectives, experiences, values, and knowledge. Teams with people from a range of demographic groups have access to a more diverse suite of inputs, which can lead to superior business performance.
Diversity + Inclusion = Improved Business Performance
This half-day interactive workshop will help you with the essential step of building a compelling business case for diversity and inclusion tailored to your company’s needs.
Key outcomes include:
Building your company-specific business case for diversity and inclusion.
Effective messaging to increase buy in, tackle resistance and communicate urgency.
Linking your business case to your diversity and inclusion strategy.
Participants may develop their business case for any demographic group.
This workshop will benefit business line leaders, HR practitioners, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and employee resource group leaders.
The creation of a company-specific business case requires participants to come prepared with their company’s business goals, values, strategies, and challenges. We encourage enrollment and collaboration among same-company colleagues for even more effective results.
Participating companies will receive a complimentary one-hour follow-up session with a member of Catalyst’s Consulting team.
We are pleased to offer an introductory fee of $200 per participant for this workshop. The regular price is $375 per participant. In order to qualify for the introductory fee, participants must agree that Catalyst may solicit their feedback in an effort to improve the program to generate meaningful and effective solutions for members.
