What does the workplace of the future look like? How relevant is the topic of flexible working to an organization’s ability to attract and retain diverse talent now – and five years from now? Catalyst Europe is pleased to invite you to a member roundtable discussion hosted by Zurich Insurance. The event will examine findings from Catalyst's recent report, The Great Debate: Flexibility vs. Face Time–Busting Myths Behind Flexible Work Arrangements, and give members the opportunity to share insights and practices from the workplace in an informal setting. From the perspective of the Swiss work, cultural and legislative environment, we will be exploring questions such as:

  • How can a cultural change from ‘face time’ to ’flexible working’ be successfully initiated and implemented?

  • How can both managers and employees be enabled and empowered to make it work?

  • What  factors (policies, roles, responsibilities) need to be in place in order to ensure success?

Sandra Ondraschek-Norris, Director, Catalyst Europe, will facilitate the discussion. Sandra will be joined by Sibylle Rupprecht, Executive Director, Catalyst Europe. We encourage attendance from Diversity and Inclusion specialists as well as line managers and decision-makers, and those considering flexible work initiatives for themselves or their team.
