2010 Catalyst Awards Conference
24 March 2010
During the luncheon, Anne M. Mulcahy, Chairman, Xerox Corporation, and Catalyst President & Chief Executive Officer Ilene H. Lang took to the stage to converse about women in leadership. Some of the other topics discussed included sacrifices that have to be made on the way to the top, successful succession-planning, and the importance of creating a network of mentors.
In subsequent sessions, Catalyst experts and guest speakers discussed how women, men, and practitioners, working individually and collaboratively, can make change happen.
Both diversity and inclusion are essential ingredients in any change effort. Discover how Award-winning initiatives have engaged diverse populations, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees, people with disabilities, and Aboriginal people, and how these efforts have changed their workplaces and lives.
