A new focus for us this year is Millennials—the future C-Suite and business leaders. To date, most research on Millennials has been on their social media habits and attitudes, but Catalyst is embarking on a study that will include career and workplace topics.
Read on to find out more about this study and how you can participate—even if you’re not a Millennial. And take a look at our new global Catalyst Census, the 2015 Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner, and more.
SURVEY Doing Different Things: Millennial Research Study Catalyst, in partnership with Levo League, is embarking on new cutting-edge research that will debunk common myths about Millennials. Our survey of Millennials will cover topics including organizational commitment, career and life aspirations, and attitudes about flexible work arrangements. In addition, Millennial participants will be able to engage with fellow survey participants about the results through online community discussions. Want to participate? Take the survey now, and share it with any Millennials you know.
